A cracker crust, a creamy middle layer and cherry topping make this simple but wonderful treat.Ingredients | Impatiens Cherry Butterfly1 ¼ cups graham cracker crumbs¾ cup margarine, melted1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese½ cup white sugar1 dash vanilla extract1 dash almond extract1 cup heavy cream1 (12 ounce) can cherry pie fillingDirectionsPreheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish. In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Stir well and press into baking dish. Bake 5 minutes. Cool.In large bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Mix well. In a medium bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
