Recipe Summary Apricot Slush

A wonderful beverage for a hot summer's day.

Ingredients | Party Slush Machine

1 ½ quarts pineapple juice

1 quart apricot nectar

13 fluid ounces vodka

13 fluid ounces apricot brandy

1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime soda (such as 7-Up®), or to taste

Directions

Mix pineapple juice, apricot nectar, vodka, apricot brandy, orange juice concentrate, and lemonade concentrate in a large pitcher or bowl.

Store in freezer, stirring periodically, until a slushy consistency is achieved, 4 to 6 hours.

Ladle slush into large glasses; top with lemon-lime soda to serve.
