Beautiful, easy, and delicious. Since my friend Fast Eddie gave me this recipe many years ago, I've been asked to bring it to every family Thanksgiving meal. It's become a new tradition.Ingredients | Daniel Fast Wraps1 (15.5 ounce) can white hominy, drained1 (15.5 ounce) can yellow hominy, drained1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese1 (8 ounce) container sour cream1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies1 red bell pepper, chopped2 teaspoons grated onion½ teaspoon salt2 cups dry bread crumbs, or to taste½ teaspoon paprika, or to tasteDirectionsPreheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Combine hominy, Monterey Jack cheese, sour cream, green chiles, bell pepper, onion, and salt in a casserole dish.
