1 ½ teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions

Beat cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl with an electric mixer until icing is stiff. Refrigerate until set, about 15 minutes.

The vanilla can be substituted with any other extract. I always use clear vanilla extract with this recipe to make it nice and white.
