Potatoes can be peeled or unpeeled depending on your preference.Ingredients | Carolina Meats Andalusia Al2 pounds red potatoes3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped½ cup sour cream½ cup mayonnaise½ (4 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers2 green onions, chopped2 slices cooked bacon, chopped2 tablespoons yellow mustard1 tablespoon white sugar1 tablespoon red wine vinegar½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon ground black pepper½ teaspoon celery seed¼ teaspoon garlic powder1 pinch paprika, or as desiredDirectionsPlace potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil.
